I purchased this here, but my child quickly outgrew it, so I only used it for less than a month. It's a quilted baby carrier. It's perfect for putting your baby to sleep, and the close contact with your child is comfortable. I've been a fan since the old Dacuno series and have been using another one. The tag is faded and difficult to see, but it's size M. (You can see "M" at the bottom) *I will fold it up small to reduce the package size for shipping.
