Kurashiki Kujira-sha Glass Artist Works: Glass Hina Dolls [Size] Emperor Doll: Approximately 7.5cm tall Empress Doll: Approximately 7.2cm tall Lanterns: Approximately 4.5cm tall Works by glass artist Katsumasa Wakabayashi. He is famous for his lace glass works using Venetian glass techniques. The signature "katsu" is on the back. Purchased about 10 years ago at Kujira-sha in Kurashiki. They were such wonderful pieces that I displayed them every Doll's Festival, but I have decided to put them up for sale. They will be sent in their original box. I would be happy if they could be passed on to someone who will cherish them. As a small gift, I will include a wooden lacquered base.
