Fifth Grade, April Issue, Supplement: Pokémon Planner This is a supplement I obtained a long time ago. I found it in the back of the closet and checked the inside. There were no noticeable writings. The condition includes peeling and stains on the cover (photos 3 and 4), a fold created when the cover was flipped over with a finger (photo 7). There is also a slight fold on the bottom right of the front cover (photo 4). In addition, there is a stain on the inside back cover, below the Zenigame. The contents include a calendar, a timetable, an address book, a Pokémon diary to record the progress of the Pokémon Red, Green, and Blue games, and a section for this week's lucky Pokémon (photos 9 and 10).
