This is a Desigual metal dot blouse. It has a sparkly and cute all-over metallic colorful dot pattern. It features raglan sleeves, and the cuffs and hem are elasticized, creating a balloon shape. There were no tags, but I received it unworn. However, it doesn't suit me at all, and I've never worn it.
