This is a cream-colored balloon blouse from Samansa Mos2 blue. As shown in image 2, it has a design where you tie the ribbon that goes through the back neckline. The entire garment has a crinkled finish, and only the body is lined. My daughter rarely wore it, and it has been washed and stored at home, but I don't see any stains or dirt.
