This is a top from See By Chloé. It's navy with black lace, which is cute and sophisticated. Comes with an inner layer. (There are wrinkles from storage.) Perfect for fall and winter. The tag is slightly yellowed. I don't think there are any noticeable flaws, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things, as this is a personal inspection and the item has been stored at home.
