This is a Strat-type guitar, likely a 1988 Schecter USA, based on the serial number. The specifications are not commonly seen in Japan, so I researched it in detail on overseas websites. Based on similar guitar specs and the serial number, I believe it's a model from this era. It's a guitar from the so-called Dallas Era, and I believe the neck and body were made in Canada and assembled in the Dallas workshop. The neck uses high-quality birdseye maple, and the body is likely alder 2P. There are fine paint cracks on the headstock, suggesting lacquer, but it's unclear if the neck back and body are also lacquer. The pickup cavities are original and configured HSH. The pickups are a Seymour Duncan TB-4/SH-2 combination. The controls are 3-way, 1 volume, and 2 tone, with the tone pots tapping each pickup. The wiring is designed to cancel noise when the pickups are tapped and mixed. The pickguard has been replaced from a 11-point to an 8-point mounting, and the original screw holes have been filled. The tuners have also been replaced from Gotoh type to Hipshot, and the screw holes have been filled as well. The bridge is a valuable Trem-Lock, which is in good condition and functions without any problems. It's rare to find one in this clean condition + with the arm included. The arm shape is unique and cannot be replaced, so it's a significant point. The truss rod functions without any issues. The frets don't have any major indentations, but the lower frets are worn flat. It should be playable in its current state, but you may want to consider fret dressing or replacement in the future. String height: 12th fret, 1st string: 1.3mm 12th fret, 6th string: 1.5mm A hard case is included, although it's unknown if it's original.
