Brand new, unopened. It's a KING JIM Half Cutter. KING JIM With the "Half Cutter," removing the backing paper is easy! It makes a slit in the label, so you can easily peel off the paper. 1. Insert the front (printed) side of the label to the position where you want to make a slit. 2. Align the label with the guide on the table. 3. Hold the table firmly, along with the label, so it doesn't shift. 4. Push the lever straight down until it clicks. 5. Peel off the part of the label where the slit was made.
