There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but it was manufactured about 50 years ago, and is a used, vintage item. Please understand that it is different from new apparel before purchasing. The M65 field pants are the next generation of the U.S. Army cargo pants adopted in 1951, the M1951 field pants. It has a neater silhouette than the M51, and I think it's the completed form of military pants. The silhouette is extremely wide and straight, but because the fabric has some firmness, it doesn't have the sagging silhouette of the M51. The color is also a khaki color, which is a lighter green than the U.S. Army's olive drab. 70s M65 pants are still available in this genre, but complete deadstock items are rarely seen. Military items often have poor condition, but for those looking for a clean item, or those who want to incorporate it into adult styling, this is a perfect item.
