This is the Park Tool spoke tension meter, model TM-1. The instructions were in English, so I had HoZan email me a Japanese translation, which I printed. All accessories, such as the tension conversion chart, are included. The conversion chart is printed on A4 paper and laminated. It will be shipped via Letter Pack. I will try to package the conversion chart so it doesn't get folded. Please let me know if you don't need it when you make the transaction. Thank you. The original box is also included.
