This is a Cape Heights mountain parka, a special order from Spick & Span. It's in excellent condition, having been worn very little. There's some minor soiling on the collar and cuffs, but it's on the inside and not visible when worn. The hood is removable, and there's no brand logo on the arm, so it's easy to match with other items.
