In addition to the outer patch chest flap pockets, the front panel from the chest down is double-layered, and the edges of the outer fabric are cut diagonally, creating a unique paneling that serves as the entrance to the hand pockets. Like other models, the biggest appeal is the tough construction, sewn with double stitching in various places using 14.75-ounce ultra-heavyweight rigid denim. The stitching is contrasting orange, with bar tacks of the same color in areas of high stress, a woven name on the right chest, and metal buttons all with engravings. The body width and armholes are made quite roomy, creating a classic American silhouette. It's incredibly heavy-duty, so you can look forward to the aging process.
