This is a Mr. Potato Head case. It's made of plastic. The case originally contained candy, and I remember buying it as a souvenir at a Disney Resort. I purchased this item over 10 years ago. The hands move smoothly. I never displayed it, and it has been stored at home with other toys in a box. There is some fading due to aging.
