It appears there are no noticeable stains on the flannel fabric. The transparent outer pocket is a little dirty, so I've marked it as "slightly dirty," but it's not heavily soiled. However, as this is a used item, there may be other minor, less noticeable stains, but there are no issues with use. The strap is adjustable!
