It has appropriate scratches, scuffs, and dirt, but I think it's a clean piece considering its age. It's popular in recent years as a Japanese vintage item. This is a guitar I bought in 1991, and it was once passed to a friend, who replaced the pickups, bridge, volume controls, and pickup selector. I haven't used it much in the last 10 years and it's been in storage. There are many scratches on the body, but I don't think there's any fatal damage.
