This hakama is a more subdued color, but it appears as a flashy pink in all the photos. It's the color of wine or burgundy. The back of the furisode (long-sleeved kimono) has a simple design, so I've discounted it slightly. The body is machine-sewn and stuffed with cotton, and then the kimono and hakama are put on. Although you can't see it, the okumi (front overlap of the kimono) is also attached, and everything except the body is hand-sewn. The hakama stands on its own, so you can display it directly on a shelf. If the hakama isn't stable, please place paper or cloth underneath to adjust. The size is about 8.5 x 8.5 cm. It may be slightly larger or smaller. Please understand this as part of the handmade charm. I will remove the basting thread from the hem of the hakama before shipping. Thank you for looking.
