This is a hand grip that allows you to adjust the resistance to your preferred level for training. I've used it a few times, and as you can see in the photos, it's in pretty good condition, but there are some scratches due to it being a used item. I will only be selling the hand grip itself, and it will be shipped with simple packaging.
