I purchased this item new and used it for a total of about 2 hours. There are no operational issues. Although I am not a professional inspector, there are no noticeable scratches or stains on the main unit itself. There is a single dent on the corner of the outer box (see photos 9 and 10), but I did not drop the box with the unit inside. The dent was already there when I purchased it. I will also include 6 batteries, but they are not new, so please use them only for initial operation confirmation. The product's outer box will be wrapped in a plastic bag and then covered with bubble wrap for shipping. #BOSS #katana #katana mini
