Brand: Grace&Chili I bought this a few years ago. It's a jacket with a pleated skirt-like bottom. The design is cute and stylish. The fabric is thin. I think it would be good to wear a knit underneath in the cold season. I will fold it up and pack it simply for shipping. Please understand that this item has been stored at home. Thank you.
