Please note that these are amateur measurements and may have errors. As shown in the images, there are small stains on the base and what appears to be peeling from the time of creation, but there are no other cracks or chips. The original box has scratches and chips, but I don't think there are any color changes due to age. There may be some overlooked details, so although they are new and unused, they are listed as "near unused." Please understand that these are used items. Each plate will be wrapped in cushioning material, and the original box will be packed with cushioning material such as bubble wrap, and shipped in a recycled cardboard box. 9-90-28
