KATO 7008-3 DD51 Late Model, Warm Region type. This is a vehicle with little running history. Replaced with KATO couplers (magnetic couplers). The reason I stated "no noticeable scratches or dirt" is because the couplers have been replaced (meaning it has been modified). There are no problems with running or the lights. Type of vehicle...
