It's more of a beige color than white, with a subdued lime green hue, but this is just my subjective impression, so please check the photos. The total length is approximately 68-69cm, but please allow for some slight variation. I don't think there are any noticeable stains, but please understand that this item has been stored at home, and I may have overlooked something. There are three elastic bands inside, as shown in the image. When replacing them, you can simply cut and pull them out. It will be shipped folded up small. I like it, but I'm selling it because I have too many pau skirts.
