Thank you for viewing! The SwitchBot Curtain 3 is malfunctioning. It does not turn on when the button is pressed. Disassembly by unscrewing may reveal the cause. When I rotate the main body once, I can faintly hear a sound like a small part has come loose inside. It has never been dropped. There are no noticeable scratches on the exterior. It has not been disassembled. Instant purchase is OK.
