This is Albion Excia's medicated whitening cream for the eye area. It retails for ¥19,800. I purchased this after consulting with Albion because the area around my eyes, especially where dark circles form, has sagged with age. I used it several times before bed, and I noticed a plumping effect the next morning, but I didn't like the rich texture. I didn't use it consistently, which felt wasteful, so I'm putting it up for sale. The top of the cream has been cleaned with a sterile cotton swab. A spatula is not included.
