These are miniature loafers from HARUTA, a famous maker of student shoes. Despite being miniatures, they look just like the real thing and are made with incredible realism. They even come with a shoebox. They're cute just to display, but the insides are hollow, so if the size is right, you might be able to put them on dolls or stuffed animals. They've been stored unused, but please be aware of this if you're interested.
