They are peel-and-stick, with a transparent background and are waterproof, so unlike water-slide decals, they can withstand rain and minor wetness. *These are not cheap, low-quality products that will easily rub off or disappear when wet. The classic and highly popular transition logo for Fender. Commonly known as the "tra logo." (The second image is a "spa logo" for reference, but the product is the "tra logo," so please be assured.) How to Apply: Cut the decal with the backing paper to your desired size, peel it off, and apply it while tracing with your finger to prevent air bubbles. Then, gradually warm it with a hairdryer, etc., to help it adhere. (Be careful not to overheat, as this can melt the paint or lacquer and negatively affect the wood of the headstock.) It will initially appear slightly milky-white, but it will become more transparent and blend over time with the application of heat. Many high-value real vintage Fender guitars have had their logos peeled or worn off, and have been repaired with decals. However, if you are hesitant about applying a Fender decal, please refrain from purchasing. (Please look for a Fender neck with the original logo intact.) These are easy-to-apply sticker-type decals, not the water-soluble type, so you shouldn't have any trouble applying them. (I have never received any complaints about this.)
