This is a washable, straight-neck design pillow made in France from 100% polyester. Used for 3 nights. The pillow is fluffy and very soft, but unfortunately, it didn't suit my straight neck. (I personally prefer a firmer pillow) It feels similar to the pillows I used when I stayed at a nice inn during a trip to Kyoto. (Personal opinion) Both the pillow and pillowcase have been washed with hand-wash detergent. The pillowcase will be ironed before shipping. No price negotiations. No price reductions.
