This is a lovely floral hakama set, perfect for a clear and elegant graduation ceremony. The navy hakama also features cherry blossom embroidery, making it more vibrant than a solid-colored hakama. ● Set includes: Kimono, hakama, obi (sash), juban (undergarment), and han-eri (collar) - a 5-piece set. My two daughters wore this for their elementary school graduation. This pattern was new when we purchased it. The white background with colorful floral patterns is a very gorgeous design. My eldest daughter loves purple, so she wore this kimono with a reversible obi (pink/purple) in purple. My youngest daughter wore it with pink. The han-eri also has purple, creating a sense of unity. The hakama also has cherry blossom embroidery, making it very beautiful. The juban is short, so there's no need to adjust the hem. It's also easy to put on! There are various rental options, but I think the quality is better than the hakama sets that come as a benefit of buying a uniform. With expensive hakama rentals from specialty shops, they might look less appealing due to changing trends. The white kimono looks great with the navy hakama! The hakama embroidery also photographs well! When I bought it, I combined my daughters' favorite things, so they both loved wearing it. I purchased it from a kimono shop I always use. I bought silk for their Shichi-Go-San (7-5-3 Festival), but the cleaning costs were high, so I chose a hakama made of polyester that can be home-cleaned. I didn't see any noticeable stains or damage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive, as it has been home-cleaned and stored after use. The obi has not been cleaned. It will be folded and shipped.
