This is "C-19 Insecticon Reconnaissance Officer, Tonbot" from the Beast Wars series released by the former Takara. I looked it up, and while I don't know the exact release date, I believe it was released in 1996. The items for sale are the main figure, instruction manual, and flyer, as shown in photo 1. There is no box, card, or packing material. Please see the photos for Tonbot's condition. My child was briefly into Beast Wars and bought several, but hardly played with them. I don't think there are any scratches or stains. Also, according to the instruction manual, there are no missing parts. The instruction manual is also in particularly good condition. For shipping, the main figure will be partially transformed and wrapped in bubble wrap. The instruction manual and flyer will be placed in a waterproof plastic bag.
