There were no problems with basic operations, such as operating the earphones case and using them with an iPhone. I purchased this in July of last year and have mainly used it at home. I have not used it in an environment with pets or smoking. The accessories are as shown in the photos. I have only used the M-size ear tips, and the S and L sizes have never been used. Regarding the battery, when used with noise cancellation for about two hours with music and YouTube, the right earbud showed 60% remaining and the left earbud showed 65% remaining.
