It bent shortly after purchase and has been stored unused since then. The handle should fully retract, but it stops partway. Please refer to the last photo. I hope to sell it at a low price to someone who can repair it or doesn't mind the defect. The frame and handle show no signs of rust as it has been used only a few times.
