Shimano ISO LIMITED Mighty Blow 1.5-530 The top-of-the-line model for guide rods! This is the flagship model for guide rods, released with great anticipation as the successor to the "Iso Limited Pro," which was the symbol of the highest-grade models at the time, clad in black, sparkling paint. The previous model, "Limited Pro Kyokushou," had a bend similar to the current Kyokushou series and was a rod that felt somewhat heavy, but this model has been redesigned with an emphasis on operability. Furthermore, it has been completely revamped with a luxurious feel, mainly using black and silver for the paint. This is a masterpiece. This series only has three models: 1.0, 1.2, and 1.5, each with its own naming. The Mighty Blow is the strongest, at 1.5, but despite its operability, it possesses the power to confront any large fish, which is hard to imagine. Regarding the condition, I have used and maintained it carefully, so I don't think there are any noticeable scratches on the painted surface of the rod, including the gold-spec IM guides. I used it as my main rod at the time, and overall, it is in very good condition. However, the non-slip coating (paint) on the grip and end has deteriorated, so I removed the paint entirely. In my opinion, it only changed from a rough feel to a smooth feel, and the operability and appearance are in a state that would not be noticeable unless pointed out.
