This is a Taras Boulba waist pouch from the Asics era. I'm not sure exactly when it's from, but it's over 30 years old. It can be used as a waist pouch by threading it through a belt. The pouch itself doesn't have any strings or straps. It has been stored at home without being used. The tag is missing. Please see the photos for the size.
