This is a bedwetting sheet. There are signs of use and stains. Please check the photos. The elastic in the waist was replaced and tied through the opening. My family also bought this as a comfort item, but it was rarely used. Since it's only used for a short period, would this be suitable for someone who doesn't mind the condition?
