Purchased from a Rebecca Taylor store, I believe it was over 10 years ago. The shoulder straps were too long, so I've only used it about twice and then stored it. It's been stored in a well-ventilated place, so there's no damage to the leather or storage odor, but there are slight marks from being hung on a hook. It's made of soft leather, and the wrinkles were present from the time of purchase. The condition is "Like new," but due to the passage of time, I've selected "No noticeable scratches or stains."
