I purchased this about a year ago. It can make pasta in two sizes: 2mm spaghetti and 6.5mm fettuccine. The thickness can be adjusted from 0.3 to 2.6mm with the dial. I have done a basic cleaning, but there may still be some small pasta crumbs remaining from its use. The instruction manual is included, but it is in English as I purchased it in America.
