This is an antique-style Gobelin weave tight long skirt from Antiqua. It is currently discontinued and difficult to obtain. The Gobelin weave models available now are shorter and have a slightly puffed-out line, so this one is definitely more beautiful if you want to wear it long and sleek. It's a tight fit, but it has a slit. It also has pockets and a lining. The fabric is sturdy, so you don't have to worry about handling it roughly. It was photographed in a summer outfit in the promotional photos, but it might be a little warm in midsummer? However, it's perfectly fine for other seasons.
