This tent can be set up simply by extending the center pole. It's the easiest to set up when you arrive at the campsite, as you don't have to connect various poles. It's a spacious tent that can accommodate 6 people. I purchased it 3-4 years ago and have used it 6 times. Please understand that there may be some sand and grass mixed in. There is no peeling of the seam tape, but the footing is white. I think it won't bother you at all if you put down a mat.
