This is the wand of President Seraphina Picquery from Fantastic Beasts. It's a Magical Wand that can be used in the Harry Potter area of Universal Studios Japan, and it comes with a map. I purchased this item used. It wasn't listed as "junk" at the time, but the functionality of this wand has not been confirmed. The box is damaged (see photo 5). I'm considering keeping it, so I'm only listing it during the Mercari sale period. I will only offer a discount if you purchase it together with the Slytherin wand I am also selling (this is not a Magical Wand). Please understand that this is a used item.
