There are rips on both the outer and inner sides of the skirt, though they are not very noticeable. The seams are rough and there is some fraying, so this would be suitable for a child's Halloween costume, etc. The size isn't clear, but it seems like it would fit a child around the age of a kindergarten senior (around 110-120cm tall).
