This is a frill blouse from COCO DEAL. It can be worn in various ways, such as tying the ribbon around the neck or waist. I liked wearing it, so there is some wear and tear. Also, there is a black stain on the part where I carried a bag on my shoulder. It's on the frill, so it probably won't be noticeable when worn, but please be aware of this.
