Thank you for viewing! This is a Rilakkuma strap, holding and about to eat honey! The item in its hand is a sponge shaped like a spoon! I bought it during my student days and carried it around a few times, then stored it in a dark place! Before listing, I wiped it down once, but there's some remaining dirt on the string and the honey part, and the spoon-shaped sponge seems a bit more worn than when I first bought it!
