Regarding the belt: There are approximately 30 small petal-like parts on each side. Elastic string is passed through the holes in the middle of these parts, connecting them to form the bracelet-shaped belt. However, the string on one side has come undone, causing the small petal-shaped parts to come apart. Currently, the ends of the string are taped to prevent the petals from scattering. If you are skilled, you may be able to re-tie it and use it. The cylindrical part with the brand logo, which is the buckle part, is also included. Currently not working.
