This is an acrylic ball chain of Seto Kaiba that was sold as a prize for the 20th anniversary of the Yu-Gi-Oh! series. It is new and unopened, and has been stored in a dark place, but there may be some deterioration as several years have passed since its release. There appears to be no noticeable dirt or deterioration, but please be aware of this.
