Pokémon LEGENDS Z-A - Switch A new story unfolds in "Lumiose City," where urban redevelopment is underway. ▼ The Adventure's Stage: "Lumiose City" The stage for the adventure is "Lumiose City," a large city in the Kalos region that also appeared in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. In this city, an urban redevelopment plan is underway, aiming for coexistence between humans and Pokémon. Wild Pokémon inhabit the "Wild Zone," a district developed with the latest technology. The protagonist, visiting Lumiose City as a tourist, chooses one Pokémon as their partner from "Chikorita," "Tepig," and "Totodile," and together with their companions, they take on various events and incidents occurring in the city. ▼ Challenge the "ZA Royale" at Night When night falls, an area surrounded by a red hologram called the "Battle Zone" appears in the city. There, from sunset to dawn, the "ZA Royale" is held every day, where trainers compete in Pokémon battles. Participants are given "ranks" that exist from Z to A, starting with everyone at Z rank. Upon reaching A rank, they are awarded the title of strongest and honor, and are said to be granted one wish.
