This is the original preamp for an EDWARDS 5-string E-AM-160QM. It became unnecessary when I had it replaced with a cinnamon preamp for ESP at a musical instrument store. It was working normally before the replacement, but I haven't been able to confirm its operation recently (I don't have an environment to check it).
