The balm may melt or soften due to heat, so it may be soft or melted due to changes in temperature during delivery. When I used the same type of balm during my lesson, it melted or softened because the room temperature was high, but it gradually hardened when returned to a place with a lower temperature. There is no problem with using it in either state, but please refrain from purchasing if you are at all concerned. If you have no questions, you can purchase it as is.
