Used Premier Artist Maple Snare 4824 14" x 5.5", sold around 2000. Features: * North American Maple 6-ply, 6mm shell * 8 tension rods * Die-cast hoops on top and bottom (low-profile type) *Lower in height than standard hoops. The official shell color name is unknown, but it's a bright and beautiful color like honey maple. The heads are Premier brand. There are signs of wear and dirt on both sides, but they are still in usable condition. The snare wires are the original 20-strand steel type. Both are now difficult to obtain and are valuable. It has been handled with care, and as the photos show, it is in quite beautiful condition. Overall, it is in good condition, but there are minor scratches and pits, so it is not in new condition. Also, it was manufactured about 25 years ago, so it is unknown when it might break (one lug was damaged in the past, so it was replaced with a new, original lug of the same type that I had as a spare). Currently, there are no problems, but please understand these points before purchasing, and no returns or exchanges are accepted. * Please note that the gap between the hoops and the heads is very narrow, and it is quite tight when setting the heads into the hoops. * No case or other accessories are included. The instrument itself is the only item for sale.
