This is a Piari earring from Kiyomizu-zaka Glass Museum, size M. It is not customized, but one side (the squirrel side) is longer, creating an asymmetrical design. On the back of the ear where you wear it, there are gold squirrel and leaf parts. When I bought it (several years ago), the shop staff told me that they were unlikely to make this design again. The box is pink, and it comes with tweezers. Please refer to the Kiyomizu-zaka Glass Museum website for how to wear it.
