The item was displayed in a bag at the store, but as you can see in the photos, there are stains and discoloration on the neckline, shoulders, hem, and the area above the waist tie. Although it is new, it is being sold at a discounted price due to these imperfections. They might come out with washing, but I haven't tried, so I'm not sure.
